Job Description
- Handling Corporate & Companies Law.
- Consult & handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents).
- Research, anticipate & guard company against legal risks.
- Guide managers & ensure compliance with rules & regulations.
- Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents.
- Represent company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials etc.).
- Draft & administer all contracts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree of Law, English section is highly preferred (Males only).
- 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar field.
- Proven background on corporate law (contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, licensing, zoning laws).
- Excellent command of English & Arabic (speaking, reading & writing).
- Excellent negotiation and communications skills.
- Analytical ability and strong attention to detail.
