Job Description
- Participates in and updates Site Surveys as required to implement designed solutions (HLD, LLD)
- Communicate with distributor and vendors for pricing matter
- Provides technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration and/or enhancement of company technical products, programs and systems.
- Provides expertise for resolving technical problems.
- Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
- Provides end-user training on the company Passive works portfolio.
- Performs various tests and documents results.
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
- Participates in special projects as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering or any equivalent discipline
- Strong analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated, with strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Well organized and detailed oriented.
- Flexibility to work overtime to meet departmental goals.
- Able to succeed in a dynamic team environment.
- CCNA certification is a must.
- CCNP certification is preferred.
- CCDP certification is preferred.
