Job Description
The candidate's tasks will be as follows:
- Secretary tasks: including but not limited to answering phone calls and emails, dealing with clients and booking meetings and appointments,
- Legal office manager tasks: including but not limited to, documenting the litigation diary; monitoring the system for office files, drafting certain documents as instructed by the Partner
Job Requirements
The candidate must have the following skills:
- Excellent command of computers and all Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent command of Internet and email
- Rapid drafting skills on computer
- English is a high preference
