Job Description
The candidate shall join our litigation team and shall carry out the following Responsibilities:
- Fully handle litigation cases, including but not limited to liaising with the client to gather all necessary information for the case and drafting the memos
- Appear before the courts, committees and other competent authorities and carry out all necessary administrative procedures
- Assist our clients with all necessary investigation processes
Job Requirements
The candidate should have the following experience:
- Excellent Arabic legal drafting skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Egyptian court system and law enforcement procedures
- Previous experiences in cases before diverse courts and court levels in Egypt
