Job Description
The candidate is required to perform the following tasks:
- Responsible for the accounting and financial management of the company, and this may include payroll, commissions, accounts payable, managing clients' portfolios and making budgetary projections.
- Manage bank accounts and other assets, ensure compliance with regulations and complete other financial management tasks and functions.
- Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
- Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning
- Producing long-term business plans
- Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
- Managing budgets
- Supervising staff
- Following-up with the auditing firm
Job Requirements
- Previous Experience in the Real Estate field is a MUST.
- Leadership Skills is a MUST.
- Negotiation and Communication Skills are preferred.
- Car owner is a MUST.
- Hard Worker.
