Job Description

The candidate is required to perform the following tasks:

  • Responsible for the accounting and financial management of the company, and this may include payroll, commissions, accounts payable, managing clients' portfolios and making budgetary projections.
  • Manage bank accounts and other assets, ensure compliance with regulations and complete other financial management tasks and functions.
  • Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
  • Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning
  • Producing long-term business plans
  • Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
  • Managing budgets
  • Supervising staff
  • Following-up with the auditing firm

Job Requirements

  • Previous Experience in the Real Estate field is a MUST.
  • Leadership Skills is a MUST.
  • Negotiation and Communication Skills are preferred.
  • Car owner is a MUST.
  • Hard Worker.
  • Details oriented.
  • Time Management Skills.
  • Organised.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Males candidates only.
  • Nasr City and Heliopolis Residents are preferred.
  • Working hours: from Saturday to Thursday, from 9 am to 5 pm.
