Monitoring the products at all stages and ensuring that the product meets the specifications after each process
Interim monitoring of production operations
Ensure that the product meets the specifications required for each stage in accordance with the quality control instructions
Stop any defective product from continuing the production line and mark it as defective
Detection and handling of cases of non-conformity according to the corrective procedures followed
Submit a recommendation report to the Director of Quality Control with the necessary preventive measures
The Quality Controller of Operations is responsible for maintaining all quality management records of quality management and all its internal audit work

Process Quality Controller must have a Bachelor of Agriculture - Department of Food Industries
Training courses:
Process Quality Monitor must have passed the following training courses:
1. Concepts of quality systems
2. Internal audit
