Job Description

  • Handle phone calls professionally and courteously.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  • Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, appointments etc.
  • Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
