- Maintain premium service quality level through enhancing technical skills, Level, repair lead time with optimum cost, also periodic analysis for field quality status
- Provide Technical support to LG Service Centers
- Provide scale up technical training for LG Service Centers to enhance Service level
- Field Quality status monitoring & improving
- Quality Management System handling.
- Product Liability claims investigations & reporting
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering [Electronics department].
- Min 3 years experience in the same field
- Have training skills [Experience is A must].
- Good knowledge of [Consumer electronics, Audio Video,
- Display technology, Mobile hardware, software testing]
- Excellent command of MS office
- Excellent English skills [Speaking & writing]
