Job Description

  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising -campaigns
  • Enforce brand marketing guidelines in trademarks, logos, and publications.
  • Drive profitable sales, brand growth and loyalty for a number of business areas.
  • Perform lead generation.
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of digital marketing including email, web, display ad, social media and event marketing.
  • Proficient in strategic and tactical thinking; able to work cross-functionally and able to identify creative marketing opportunities that complement the bigger picture.
  • Be a thought leader who can share trends and behaviors on social media to optimize existing platforms as well as properties that are not currently used or that are underutilized.
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and have the ability to communicate internally and externally with different businesses and management levels.
  • Consistently monitors social media channel, content calendar, and voice of customer through the use of Social Monitoring systems and designated reporting tools.

  • Candidate should have familiarity with graphic design, web site development, and the latest technology with web and mobile platforms. Also should have experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Social, or Hootsuite or similar applications.
