Job Description
He / She will be odoo experienced and knowledgeable professionals to assess issues and provide solutions for problems that cannot be handled by Level 1 (call center).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support key stakeholders with deep knowledge of the product or service
- Provide required technical support to solve majority of functional issues
- Assess issues and provide solutions for problems that cannot be handled by level 1 and/or escalate to L3 (Technical developers)
- Maintain timely log on ticketing system
- Provide basic functional training for users / new team members.
Job Requirements
- Functional 1-2 years Odoo Experience (ERP applications).
- Experienced and knowledgeable technicians in Microsoft office.
- Additional (MS Access, SQL) or Database related knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent Analytical skills.
- Excellent communications skills.
