Job Description
Main Duties:
- To supervise the sales team working on the confectionery products.
- To support the team into achieving the set targets.
- To develop the sales team and make sure to grow their outcome.
- To report the targets met and steps taken to the direct manager.
- Resolving conflicts between the team and motivate the employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- From 5 to 7 years experience in confectionery sales role with at least 1 year as a supervisor.
- Have a valid driving license.
- Self motivated and able to motivate others.
