Job Description

  • The successful candidate will be an experienced Talent/L&D professional who will join the HR Team to implement, manage and deliver talent development programs across the business. This is an opportunity to join an agile and fast paced business. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be influential in shaping the future focus of talent management.
  • To succeed in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate. You will understand the importance of the business culture and be able to adapt your style accordingly. You will work with the business to design the best training solutions for the individual sectors and use your experience of learning techniques to engage people at all levels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Partner with management to roll out key processes such as performance management, training and development, goal planning, etc.
  • Manage and implement on boarding & Induction Program in order to secure a smooth introduction for  new joiners.
  • Improve leadership capabilities through coaching and implementation of management development programs counselling managers on how to drive performance and career growth within their teams.
  • Gather and analyze data and trends to determine key organizational needs within the departments supported and facilitate decision making with unique, proactive solutions that solve these needs.
  • Drive structural and organizational design and development efforts along with related change management activities.
  • Design and Develop the company's management training, summer internship and job shadowing Programs.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience working in a fast paced environment, an impeccable work ethic, and a sense of ownership in all aspects of their work.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration or related field.
  • Post graduate studies in HR is an asset.
  • Previous experience in banking/financial services is a plus.
  • Excellent command of both English & Arabic languages (Speaking, reading and writing).
