Job Description
- Develop and manage, aligned with BU, strategic partnerships with waste generators, strategic partners and alliances (Ecoprocessa, Ave, etc.)
- Establishment and implementation of the Action Plan with the BUs to ensure the implementation of the Plurennial Plan (POPA), including:
- Contracts and partnerships to ensure planned waste "supply".
- Ensure the implementation of external projects (waste treatment plants).
- Conduct the negotiations and respective contracts with the necessary support of those responsible for the supply and legal processes of the Business Unit.
- Support BUs in the relationship and communication with local stakeholders (community, politics, media, environmental agencies ...).
- Establish management and control tools that ensure compliance with the SOP, such as periodic reports, performance evaluation (KPIs) and project monitoring.
- Provide KPIs for the commercial and technical characteristics of waste.
- Establish and represent the company in strategic alliances (AVE, Eco Processa ...).
- Ensure "best pratices" / sharing of information in the company and with updating of the technological evolutions in the waste preparation activity.
- Formally establish the countries' contracts related to the co-processing activity, before implementing them.
Job Requirements
- Bsc of Engineering
- 10 years of Experience in Cement and manufacturing sector at least 5 years in managerial level
- Very good negotiation and presentation skills
- SAP and Microsoft office package
