Job Description

  • Review all the graphics for the project and matching drawings.
  • Prepare inventory and calculate quantities for all items of the project.
  • Prepare a full scale plan that ensures the flow of items and materials to the project as per the plan and time schedule.
  • Apply cost efficiency standards in setting the plan.
  • Perform regular update checks for the latest products applied in the market.
  • Prepare a periodic report for higher management.
  • Prepare plan as per contract and all related documents.
  • Design plan to ensure quality of supplied products and materials and to maintain business continuity.
  • Ensure proper filing of the plan.
  • Perform modifications in case required.
  • Follow-up implemented quantities and their impact on the schedules for projects
  • Participation in committees receiving primary and final projects
  • Meet and document change orders for the main contract and its relationship to time and financial programs for projects and track and manage change orders.
  • Repair work program if project is delayed from schedule and request from consultant

Job Requirements

Education:

  • University degree – Engineer Bachelor ( Architecture )

Experience:

  • 3-5 years’ experience at least in the same field

Skills:

  • Planning and organization.
  • Ability to make periodic reports
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Work under pressure
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Team worker
  • Good knowledge of engineering programs
