Determine and define project scope and objectives.

Bachelor's degree in CS or relevant experience.
Very good communication skills and well proven experience dealing with different departments in a highly manner.
Agile Certificate is preferable.
Proven experience in any ALM tool (JIRA, RALY, or IBM rational tool)
Great analytical problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
Web(PHP or Nodes) background is strongly Recommended.
Experience in large skill projects.
Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
AWS experience.
