Job Description
- It is the responsibility of the individual to manage the planning, co-ordination and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects.
- It is a role vital to the construction projects: they have a number of responsibilities including solving technical issues, providing advice, management and preparing reports, receiving the various phases from the contractor, scheduling the different project phases and managing the time schedule.
- Preparing shop drawings
- Set the specs and making the bill of quantities for civil items
- Preparing construction reports
- Visit construction sites and ensure that all materials and quantities installed on site are executed as per drawings and specifications
- Supervise personnel in phases of construction and material installation
Job Requirements
- Fluent in SAP, ETAPS, and structural design programs
- Familiar with project management programs and the Primavera Program
