Job Description
- Dealing with the shipping lines.
- Dealing with the trucker.
- Handling custom clearance.
- Handling all terms of delivery.
- Negotiate with international buyer and convince & persuade them to execute sales.
- Responsible of all required export documentation : Product licenses, airway bills, bill of lading, invoices, packing lists and letters of credit when needed.
- Reverting with the shipping orders, bill of lading, handing over the invoices and the original bill of lading to the customers.
- Acting as customer service support by managing the customers’ problems within range of responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- V,Good in English languages
- FMCG (Food or cosmetics industries) experience is a MUST
- Experience 1-3 years in similar position in FMCG companies
- Excellent communication skills & presentation skills
- Very good Negotiation Skills
- Ability to work without supervision and under pressure
- Proficient use of Microsoft office tools,databases and emails
