Responsibilities:
- Translate requirements into user flow that lead to intuitive & creative user experiences.
- Work with the engineering team to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet the sales & marketing needs.
- Design and deliver user journeys and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Update the company's assets online regularly (HTML/JS)
- Improve the usability of current web applications & device apps.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of UX design experience. Having experience in designing solutions for complex digital products is a plus
- Strong knowledge in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer
- Strong HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills is required
- Experience with Angular is a big plus
- Experience with Adobe design tools like photoshop & illustrator is highly important
- Strong Knowledge in design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, usability, and accessibility concerns
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently
- Experience working in agile environments is a plus
