Job Description
- Provide daily assistance, help-desk support and first level trouble shooting and problem solving to internal business applications (i.e. ERP system)
- Manage and monitor Active Directory, File Server, office 365, UTM, Routers, Switches, Firewall, and connectivity
- Maintaining proper operation of all internal and third party business applications
- Escalate calls to IT Manager upon determination that problem exceeds level of experience
- Install, configure and administer applications components and manage user access permissions on them
- Manage and monitor database backups
- Liaise with vendor support on all issues
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or computer science
- Min 4 years of Experience as "Application Support Engineer"
- Experience in supporting business applications (ERP is a big plus)
- Hands on experience with software development, database design, SQL Server 2014, IIS, Windows Server 2012, Windows 10/8/7/.
- Excellent Knowledge of Database concepts, SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
