Job Description
- Providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware or software
- Run diagnostic programs to determine malfunction that continue to occur
- Implements solution
- Responds to queries either in person or over the phone
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems
- Resolve technical problems with local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN) and other systems,
- Install computer peripherals for users
Duties / Responsibilities / Tasks:
- Install, configure, troubleshoot and support Windows clients
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and Follow up with requester to ensure issue has been resolved.
- Install, modify, troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and software.
- Install, modify, troubleshoot and repair network components hardware, software and support LAN, WAN, network segments, Internet, and Internet systems
- Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.
- Train computer users.
Job Requirements
- 2 - 3 years of experience
- BA degree
- knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software and hardware systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Suit , Hardware , Networking and printing
