Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Interact with Brokers to prepare for presentations of services to prospective clients.
  • Conduct market background research
  • Contribute to quarterly market statistics process and final analysis of data
  • Respond to all internal clients' requests for data and information on CRM.
  • Track, maintain, and disseminate detailed data for critical indicators including and sales comparable, development pipelines, and active investors in the market
  • Manage contact system in CRM database for prospects and clients
  • Lease documentation and file management
  • Provide brokers with industry and market specific information as it relates to their clients’ businesses.
  • Create and update property profiles and competitive property surveys for new listings in multiple databases.
  • Participate in Brokerage Team Meetings and weekly sales meetings to update colleagues on activity, market information, new business generating efforts, prospects and market knowledge and trends.
  • Update team with the database and activities with Global Building’s CRM system
  • Effectively utilize all internal support groups and internal databases to support business
  • Access to affiliate programs introduced to increase exposure
  • Additional tasks as required

Job Requirements

  • From 3 to 5 years of experience in the same field.
