Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Interact with Brokers to prepare for presentations of services to prospective clients.
- Conduct market background research
- Contribute to quarterly market statistics process and final analysis of data
- Respond to all internal clients' requests for data and information on CRM.
- Track, maintain, and disseminate detailed data for critical indicators including and sales comparable, development pipelines, and active investors in the market
- Manage contact system in CRM database for prospects and clients
- Lease documentation and file management
- Provide brokers with industry and market specific information as it relates to their clients’ businesses.
- Create and update property profiles and competitive property surveys for new listings in multiple databases.
- Participate in Brokerage Team Meetings and weekly sales meetings to update colleagues on activity, market information, new business generating efforts, prospects and market knowledge and trends.
- Update team with the database and activities with Global Building’s CRM system
- Effectively utilize all internal support groups and internal databases to support business
- Access to affiliate programs introduced to increase exposure
- Additional tasks as required
Job Requirements
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in the same field.
