Junior Real Estate Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Interact with Brokers to prepare for presentations of services to prospective clients.
• Respond to all internal clients requests for data and information
• Manage contact system in CRM database for prospects and clients
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Display and market real property to possible buyers on different marketing channels.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties by our developer partners.
• Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies.
• Develop networks & Acquire new leads through different methods & ways in order to expand the network circle.
• Promote sales through advertisements, and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
• Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive opportunity to the client & be aware of similar units in different projects with the same criteria
