Job Description

We are seeking a focused, dynamic, and experienced office manager. The office manager organized, skilled, and fast professional to handle the daily functions for the office of the CEO to deliver measurable, cost-effective results. The office manager will be responsible for all daily activities, organizing, operations, and staffing of the office. Finally, the office manager will assist the CEO/board members in executing the effective daily schedule.

  • Conduct researches, collect and analyses data
  • produce reports that assist the CEO/board members in planning, organizing, and supporting the decision-making process.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with all organization’s departments/stakeholders to ensure stability and smooth operation
  • Prepare internal and external corporate credentials needed for the expansion opportunities for the board of directors and industry partner
  • Liaise with other agencies, organizations and groups, maintain office equipment
  • Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
  • Design filing systems & ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date, maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
  • Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in taking and preparing minutes of the meeting, and accurately enter data

Job Requirements

  • University Graduate in any discipline (English sections are preferred).
  • Males Only
  • Strong and Effective command of English and Arabic (speaking, reading, writing, and listening).
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office programs, internet, and social media.
  • Supervisory and coaching skills with the ability to delegate tasks.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures, corporate finance and human resource management.
