Job Description
- Responsible for the development & articulation of the vision & strategy for the regions/stores.
- Responsible for ensuring that the revenue targets for the stores are achieved or exceeded.
- Motivate & challenge Store Managers to achieve sales & profit results.
- Communicate store operations strategy & ensure its consistent execution.
- Responsible for all aspects of the warehousing & distribution function, ensuring an effective & efficient operation, that service levels are met or exceeded & that all activities are carried out within the financial budgets agreed with the Board of Directors.
- Champion the highest level of customer service across the retail business.
- Ensure an exceptional level of store merchandising standards are executed across all stores.
- Establish and maintain a successful work culture. Recruit and develop an effective regional/store/warehouse management team. Coach & mentor store and warehouse management to facilitate their professional and personal growth
- Determine annual regional/store budgets in collaboration with Regional Management and other senior executives
- Oversee the development of clear processes to control shrink resulting from customer and staff theft, poor administration, and damage to displayed and store merchandise.
- Oversee the development and implementation of standards of best practice throughout retail operations.
- Pro-actively monitor warehouse and regional/store performance taking remedial action and implementing operational improvements as necessary.
- Clearly and consistently communicate retail priorities and objectives to the regional/store management team.
- Review and agree the merchandise price points to reflect the brand values and local competition.
Job Requirements
- Experience from 15 years in Fashion Retail Industry
- Arabic and English Fluency (Written & Spoken)
- Bachelor's degree
