Job Description
- Review of tender documents, scope of works, drawings, BOQ if available, specifications, client requirement etc. from the tender documents for proper estimating works.
- Quantity Take off from Drawing’s (Soft & Hard copy) / Site Measurement as Required & Preparation of bill of quantities (B.O.Q).
- Computing the cost of all construction items by analyzing the labor, material, overhead, profit and time requirements & presenting a tender price.
- Prepare the interim valuation for payment application.
- Preparation & Submission of Sub-contractor payment certificates, invoices, etc.
- Preparation of agreement and other related documents for sub-contractor’ packages.
- Prepare and submit the variation orders (VO) with Quantity take-off, cost estimation (CE) and rate analysis with all supporting documents.
Job Requirements
- BSc Architecture Engineering. (Bachelor Degree)
- 3-5 years’ experience in the same position
- Very Good command of English.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office , Auto-CAD, Revit and other related programs
- Experience in Tender documents , BOQ,As Built & shop Drawings
- Communication skills
