Job Description
Role Description:
- Responsible for working alongside the senior leadership team for analyzing business, corporate & strategic planning.
- Identifying areas that need improvement/updating and then suggesting solutions.
- Testing internal system, carrying out intensive research, In-depth analysis and providing competitive commercial solutions.
- Inventing new systems or revamping existing areas of the business.
Main Activities:
- Defining Key Performance Indicators to measure operational performance.
- Analyze and suggest areas for cost control and reduction.
- Administering domestic & global vendors’ terms of trade, taxation, commercials & payments.
- Ensure and monitor implementation of internal control systems and templates for data capture.
- Facilitate and provide support for audits.
- Prepare monthly operational and business analysis / reports.
- Assessing new store opening plans & financial models.
- Assistance in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.
- Consolidate inputs from HODs and disseminate approved plans to HODs.
- Monitor performance indicators, analyze trends / variances, identify issues and opportunities.
