Job Description
- Manage and Monitor Linux servers operation (Mail-Website-Database-VOIP 'Elastix'-CRM).
- Responsible for Data Backup for all servers and check it daily.
- Planning, Implementation and monitoring of backups, disaster plans and fault tolerance.
- Manage and Monitor call center server operations.
Job Requirements
- Experience working in Linux and VOIP.
- Have strong knowledge and Experience (MUST) about Linux servers management.
- Experience with Website hosting, Mail, CRM, MySQL Database, and VOIP server based on Linux operating system is preferred.
- MySQL database background is a plus.
- Experience with Network basics.
- VOIP experience especially Elastix calling system is preferred.
- Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to end-users.
- Experience with Linux servers backup
