Job Description
- Prepare (D.D., License, Marketing, CD, TD, Interior, etc.) and review work from Architects.
- Cooperate to meet delivery dates of projects with quality required and meet facility and code requirements.
- Analyzes space utilization effectiveness and changing demands for space needs (recommends actions to meet new requirements).
- Delegate Architects for tasks and follow up work & review & assign working hours in ERP system for them.
- Review Product with check list before send it to Q.C. department
- Searching for useful data and Prepare Presentation if needed to present the working drawings.
- Coordination with Internal Departments and Consultants for the output of the working drawings.
- Cooperate to Verify and resolve site requests (RFI's).
- Present department /company in Technical meetings.
Job Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience
