Job Description
In this position you will be responsible for performing all electrical related maintenance of equipment in our plant in 10th Of Ramadan, this includes:
- Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance by following procedures
- Conducting preventive maintenance according to plan
- Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams & mechanical drawings
- Ability to troubleshoot in case of electrical issues and do all necessary electrical work
- Ensure that there is an adequate safety process in place
- Hands on hydraulics & pneumatic systems
- Experience in dealing with PLCs & drive systems troubleshooting
- Should have basic knowledge of blow molding process & Injection Machines.
- Ensure Routine checks and testing of utility, EOT, Wrapping machine, downstream, Silo with document
- Ensure 5S and cleaning of machines and its surroundings
- Spare parts management
Job Requirements
- BSc of Electrical engineering.
- 3-5 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in plastics)
- Very good command of the English language, especially with technical terms
- Able to read technical documents in English
- Strong trouble shooting capabilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong sense of safety
