E Commerce Executive

A dual role job...

Operations Role:

• Managing and executing the e-commerce order cycle
• Process order requests
• Plan the execution of the shipping process
• Tracking orders and shipping cycle
• Work closely with our partner courier companies to ensure smooth deliveries
• Resolving any shipping issues with customer and courier
• Inventory & supplies Management
• Weekly & Monthly reports

Customer Care Role

• Provide outstanding customer service support through effective and timely use of various channels (e.g. phone, FB)
• Identifying new potential clients and putting together prospecting strategies which will involve making a lot of cold calls.
• Account management duties; maintaining contact with our clients, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered with regular follow-ups.
• Resolve inquiries and issues from customers with a solution and satisfaction-oriented mindset.
• Working closely with the social media & marketing teams and getting involved with all aspects of the end-to-end digital projects as well (including web-development, design, testing, operation, etc...).
