Job Description
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relations, retention and increase productivity
- Carry out recruitments and develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Identify training needs for business units and implement training programs
- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success and training objectives are met
