Job Description
- Actively contribute to corporate knowledge base
- Actively participate in scrum rituals (Retrospectives, stand-up meetings ...etc)
- Actively and objectively evaluate team members through the multi-rater evaluation
- Bound to collective ownership of the project assets e.g. code, designs, deliverable, tasks ...etc
- Come up with the best solution for addressed challenges (Own challenges and project challenges)
- Designing and optimizing graphics for corporate clients sites(using Photoshop, illustrator, any other graphical tool)
- Design User Interfaces for various application types
- Follow and execute diverse tasks assigned by the team leader
- Provide a valid, cross browser and usable markup
- Provide high quality graphics and intuitive designs
- Provide accurate estimations of the deliverables and fulfill them ( time estimation and story sizing)
- Promptly improve areas of weaknesses reported by the team members and team leader
- Seek to collect feedback in order to enhance and improve design visual appeal and usability/experience
- Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
- Test the output on different browsers and screen resolutions
- Update the company software systems (TFS, Code Repo, ...etc) on a timely manner
- Use different techniques to slice and code approved designs into HTML and CSS.
- Work with the team to develop, manage, optimize and customize web applications.
Job Requirements
- Self-learning of new technologies and frameworks in accordance to the project requirements
- Minimum one year of experience.
