Job Description

  • Help customers, answer their questions and provide assistance.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone and email.
  • Advise on company information.
  • Update and respond to the CRM.
  • Follow up with other departments – if required

Job Requirements

  • Flexibility to rotational shifts or days off (No Overnight Shift).
