Job Description
- Recruitment and OD Specialist is required to handle the following:
- Implement the Company's Policy and procedures
- Conducting TNA and arrange the proper training courses for employees
- Creating Competency Model
- Creating Appraisal System
- Responsible for Job Description and Analysis
- Responsible for drawing and updating the hierarchy charts and flow charts
- Creating Job Postings
- Screening Cvs and arranges interviews schedules
- Attending Interviews as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a related field
- Able to recruit both blue and white collars
- Experienced in the recruitment of the engineering positions
- Previous experience ( preferably in Real Estate )
- Experience in charts drawing programs
- HR Diploma
- Able to work under pressure
