- Showroom Manager with the main task to manage the designers and support their effort with potential clients in respect to the clients’ needs.
- Managing the sales/design team in the showroom to finalize the designs and close the orders and related contracts.
- Coach designers on best practices for managing sales steps and handling daily issues and tasks.
- Look for opportunities to grow a business, whether through partnerships or projects.
