Job Description
- Implement the monthly and weekly action plans provided by his manager, and report his performance weekly.
- Set recommendation on developing services section based on actual market needs and level of competition including requested type of spare parts & Tools needed
- Manage & Supervise stock of spare parts in coordination with warehouse management.
- Support in technical training when needed
- Supports his manager in developing plans, and operating an effective and efficient mechanism for the operations in the division.
- Analyze market needs, develop and increase sale of services, studying market competition and competitors.
- Responsible for supervising the implementation of operational tactics for efficient and effective performance of implementation in the services section in order to achieve targets and plans.
- Responsible for supervising the operations of all outlets in regards to services section.
- Perform random field visits to stand on actual performance in the services and to identify technical gaps.
- Perform periodical reports to his superior upon achievements and performance of action plans
- Support his manager in any related tasks upon request.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering (Mechanical Department).
- 4-7 years work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in related position and field of Automotive maintenance.
- Proven experience in business development preferable in automotive field.
