Mobile Team Lead

Main Duties:

• Responsible for Technical Architecture of Design and implementation of the mobile solution
• Acting as senior developer, involving in mobile development process if required.
• Responsible for studying and training team new mobile technology and framework.
• Planning and monitor team member overall performance, as well as project member in assigned projects/tasks.
• Providing advises/consultancy regarding team development and strategies.
• Completing tasks assigned by senior managers.
• Participate in database design, optimization and maintenance
• Ensures the volume of work produced meets company standards and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Identifies trends and initiates changes/improvements necessary to achieve goals and objectives while ensuring customer needs are met without interruption to service levels.
• Established positive and professional working relationships with key customers.
• Establishes goals and targets for the service operations; measures, reviews and maintains superior customer satisfaction levels.
