Job Description
We are searching for a female HR Executive which will :
- Supervises human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
- Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Responsibilities:
- Implement an effective recruitment and selection process for all employees
- Plan, evaluate and administer the equal employment opportunity provisions and work cooperatively with others to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Compile, maintain, and file all physical and computerized reports, records, and other documents required.
- Making monthly payroll file
- Calculating employees vacations
- Doing some executive tasks
Job Requirements
