Job Description
- Responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment process, from talent sourcing to interviewing and hiring the best possible talents.
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs according to recruitment plans, polices and processes.
- Posting job vacancies through different recruitment channels, screening resumes, conducting in-person interviews with candidates and preparing shortlists.
- Manage applicant database and tracking system
- Manage & Implement the on-boarding process
- Coordinate and supervise Probation period assessment process
- Conduct exit interviews
- Develop recruitment dept. metrics/analysis reports
- Assist in all HR activities / projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 2-3 years proven experience in the HR Recruitment field
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and other professional websites.
- HR certificate is a must.
- Very good user of MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc…)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good Data analysis and follow up skills
