Job Description
- Develop new business for the company through approaching new business customers, as defined in the local sales KPI's.
- Negotiating sales deals with customers and following up on a regular basis.
- Manage orders, contracts, and original documentation for exports.
- Arrange the logistics to meet shipping deadlines and liaise with shipping agents and port agents on necessary documentation.
- Liaise with customers on payments as well as address shipping or quality issues to maintain a strong business relationship.
- Ensure you are up to speed with industrial market trends and analyze world statistics.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelors's degree, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain.
- A minimum of 8-10 years experience in the supply chain within the shipping or logistics industry.
- A strong background in sales/business development with customers in the logistics and shipping industry.
- Strong team management experience as well as good leadership and communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic & English.
