Job Description

  • Approach clients through sales calls and emails.
  • Follow up projects progress and updates to clients.
  • Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, direct mail, email, and networking.
  • Conduct regional market research to identify market needs in the localization industry and acquire new clients.
  • Handle sales issues.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Work with Project Management, Vendor Management, and Top Management to implement sales strategies, identify opportunities, close sales, motivate the team and spur growth.
  • Evaluate and process RFPs as necessary.
  • Provide customer support; manage client expectations in conjunction with the Project Managers.

Job Requirements

  • Proven 2-4 years of experience in renown localization service provider preferred.
  • Proficient in both spoken & written English.
  • Good knowledge working with US & EU Market.
  • Omniscient and updated with market trends in localization.
  • Excellent e-mail writing skills.
  • Ideal candidate will have established a network of professionals and buyers within the industry.
