Job Description
- Approach clients through sales calls and emails.
- Follow up projects progress and updates to clients.
- Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, direct mail, email, and networking.
- Conduct regional market research to identify market needs in the localization industry and acquire new clients.
- Handle sales issues.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Work with Project Management, Vendor Management, and Top Management to implement sales strategies, identify opportunities, close sales, motivate the team and spur growth.
- Evaluate and process RFPs as necessary.
- Provide customer support; manage client expectations in conjunction with the Project Managers.
Job Requirements
- Proven 2-4 years of experience in renown localization service provider preferred.
- Proficient in both spoken & written English.
- Good knowledge working with US & EU Market.
- Omniscient and updated with market trends in localization.
- Excellent e-mail writing skills.
- Ideal candidate will have established a network of professionals and buyers within the industry.
