Job Description

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the correct destination.
  • Receive and relay telephone messages.
  • Handle all activities, meeting invitations & preparations for the office.
  • Provide support in preparation of correspondences and letters.
  • Receive and sort all incoming mail, express envelopes, and courier deliveries.
  • Prepare and post all outgoing mail and express envelopes daily. Arrange courier services.
  • Maintain the departments' filing system properly & accurately on an on-going basis.
  • Maintain an inventory of all necessary forms, stationery and related office supplies for the office.
  • Undertake administrative & secretarial support for all employees.

Job Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience.
  • Excellent Computer skills.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Good interactive and communication skills.
  • Organized.
  • Good planning skills and ability to meet deadlines.
