Job Description
- Greet visitors and direct them to the correct destination.
- Receive and relay telephone messages.
- Handle all activities, meeting invitations & preparations for the office.
- Provide support in preparation of correspondences and letters.
- Receive and sort all incoming mail, express envelopes, and courier deliveries.
- Prepare and post all outgoing mail and express envelopes daily. Arrange courier services.
- Maintain the departments' filing system properly & accurately on an on-going basis.
- Maintain an inventory of all necessary forms, stationery and related office supplies for the office.
- Undertake administrative & secretarial support for all employees.
Job Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Excellent Computer skills.
- Very good command of English.
- Good interactive and communication skills.
- Organized.
- Good planning skills and ability to meet deadlines.
