Job Description
- Handles all administrative tasks regarding the CEO.
- Keeps and maintains an up to date calendar; Keeps record for regular meetings, activities, and management visits.
- Ensures smooth flow of information and reports to CEO.
- Communicates with the concerned parties to collect the correlated data.
- Receives CEO’s input/feedback and delivers it to the concerned parties and ensures proper response/feedback.
- Prepares power point and other forms of presentations for internal and external attendees.
- Coordinate corporate travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Supervises runners and office boy.
- Maintains an optimum stock level of stationary and cleaning materials.
- Prepares relevant purchase orders.
- Keeps an eye on all office assets and equipment.
- Ensures regular proper maintenance done on time and with the desired quality.
- Follows up on service provider contract, quality, and payments.
Job Requirements
- Possession of a University degree, with 5-8 years of previous work related experience within the real estate development industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Internet and PC proficiency with advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook skills.
- Demonstrated experience with high efficiency and accuracy of typing and word processing.
- Adobe Photoshop, In Design Knowledge would be highly appreciated.
