Job Description
- Receive payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
- Handle refunds transactions with Customer Service Section.
- Welcoming customers on getting into the organization and giving them information about products and services.
- Revising items sales prices & report any updates or missing data.
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
- Maintain checkout operations by following policies; procedures & reporting needed changes.
- Establish or identify prices of goods, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.
- Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales.
- Compute and record totals of transactions.
- Bag, box, wrap, or gift-wrap merchandise, and prepare packages for shipment.
- Sort, count, and wrap currency and coins.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
- Experience in a retail, customer service or sales environment.
- Good Command of English
- Excellent in Microsoft office
