Job Description
- Visiting dental surgeries on an appointment or call-out basis
- Installation, service and maintenance of dental equipment such as dental chairs, suction units, compressors, dental x-rays and small dental equipment.
- Breakdown repairs and fault finding
- Electrical/Mechanical Fault finding
- Liaison with office staff to ensure that appointment reports are accurate.
- Caries on preventive maintenance schedules as per warranty agreement or maintenance contract for customer's machinery and equipment to ensure that these continue to operate at optimum levels.
- Monitors the performance of equipment to ensure that their manufacture, operation and maintenance comply with design specifications and contractual agreements.
- Monitors and renew maintenance contracts as necessary to ensure continued effective performance.
- Ensures that all documentation and procedures are provided to customers when delivering new equipment.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor ‘s degree in Bio Medical Engineering
- Knowledge of the industry
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- An ability to work as part of a team
