Job Description

WUZZUF Egypt's number one recruitment website is launching a new project, WUZZUF Contact Center, to help our job seekers land their dream job.

The connection between our clients and talents (job seekers) is what enabled us to become number one in the Egyptian market and enabled our team to flourish and provide exceptional customer service, setting the standard to ‘wow’.

We now have an exciting new opportunity as a Talent Web Chat Specialist.

Main Duties:

  • Take incoming chats through our live chat site feature to assist our talents with their inquiries
  • Ensure that all talent emails are responded to within a timely manner
  • Identify any alarming patterns or trends in customer feedback and report them to the Recruitment manager
  • Take ownership of each talent inquiry by working directly with them until their issues or concerns are resolved

Job Requirements

We need someone

  • With a passion for helping others
  • Empathetic and can communicate in a caring and friendly manner
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with computer
  • Help Desk or Call Center Experience
  • Must be able to type minimum 40 wpm (Both Arabic and English)
