Job Scope:
- The IT specialist will support all company internal infrastructure (hardware & software)
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintaining proper operation of all internal and third party business applications.
- Providing assistance and support to all users of business applications, responding to their queries and requests within company policies and procedures.
- Manage and monitor office 365, Routers, Switches, Firewall, and connectivity.
- Provide daily assistance, help-desk support and first level troubleshooting and problem solving to internal business applications (i.e. ERP system).
- Liaise with vendor support on all issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related discipline.
- Experience in Routing and Switching CCNA.
- Experience in Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Experience in Office 365.
- Experience in Windows Server technology.
- Experience in Visualization (VMware and Hyper V).
- Experience in Firewalls and Security
- Good knowledge in hosting and security
- Good knowledge in MS SQL database setup, configuration and administration
- MCSE is a plus
