Job Description
- Customer care officer who will be in Lava service center to handle all customers with different inquiries with company regulations.
- Give answers for both product and service questions to customer .
- Make basic Mobile troubleshooting , suggesting Info.
- Receive the devices from customer and deliver to them after being finished.
- Deal with Lava Portals , Systems , and should be team .
- Work with customer service team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
- Act as the company gatekeeper.
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
- Handle product recalls

- Good way of objection handling cases.
- Presentable & well Groomed.
