Job Description

  • Customer care officer who will be in Lava service center to handle all customers with different inquiries with company regulations.
  • Give answers for both product and service questions to customer .
  • Make basic Mobile troubleshooting , suggesting Info.
  • Receive the devices from customer and deliver to them after being finished.
  • Deal with Lava Portals , Systems , and should be team .
  • Work with customer service team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  • Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
  • Act as the company gatekeeper.
  • Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
  • Handle product recalls

Job Requirements

  • Smart enough to deal with different type of customers.
  • Good Communication skills .
  • Active listening .
  • Good way of objection handling cases.
  • Presentable & well Groomed.
  • Fast learner to understand company rules and importance of CCO job.
  • Good knowledge about using computer skills.
  • Be available to work on shift basis .
