Job Description

  • To guide and consult the colleagues for employee relation issues in Head Office and stores and make store visits
  • To manage and resolve complex employee issues, disciplinary and exit processes in line with Legal and related teams
  • To provide performance management guidance and execute performance management process,
  • To develop feedback culture and rewarding systems,
  • To lead HR projects regarding performance management, employee engagement and satisfaction
  • To keep relevant HR systems up to date and ready to produce periodic and ad hoc reports as requested by HQ

Job Requirements

Education & Language Skills

  • Bachelor degree of any university 
  • Excellent verbal & written English Language skills

Professional Expertise

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources; preferably as HR Performance Specialist, HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
  • Having Excellent level of MS Office and reporting skills 
  • Labor Law knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with professional style to work with colleagues from all levels within the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to work in a multi-task environment
  • No restriction to travel
